五軸CNC加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)介紹CNC加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)又叫做電腦(nao)鑼、CNCCH或數控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)其實是(shi)香港那邊的(de)(de)一種(zhong)叫法,后來傳入大陸珠三(san)角,其實就是(shi)數控(kong)銑床(chuang)(chuang),在廣(guang)、江浙滬(hu)一帶(dai)有人叫“CNC加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中心(xin)”機械(xie)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)一種(zhong),是(shi)新型加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技術(shu),五軸CNC加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)主(zhu)要工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作是(shi)編制加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)序,即將原來手工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)活轉為電腦(nao)編程(cheng)。當(dang)然需(xu)要有手工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)經驗。
五軸CNC加(jia)工一般CNC加(jia)工通(tong)常是指精密(mi)機械加(jia)工、CNC加(jia)工車床、CNC加(jia)工銑(xian)床、CNC加(jia)工鏜(tang)銑(xian)床等 CNC數(shu)控加(jia)工有(you)下列優點:
①可加工(gong)常規方法難于(yu)加工(gong)的復雜型(xing)面(mian),甚至能加工(gong)一些無(wu)法觀(guan)測的加工(gong)部位。
②多品種(zhong)、小批量生產情(qing)況下生產效率較(jiao)高,能減(jian)少生產準備、機(ji)床調(diao)整和(he)工序檢驗的時間(jian),而(er)且由于使用最佳(jia)切(qie)削量而(er)減(jian)少了切(qie)削時間(jian)。
③加工質量穩定,加工精度高(gao),重復精度高(gao),適應飛(fei)行器的加工要求(qiu)。
④大量減(jian)少(shao)工(gong)裝數量,加工(gong)形狀復雜(za)的零(ling)件(jian)不需(xu)要(yao)(yao)復雜(za)的工(gong)裝。如要(yao)(yao)改變零(ling)件(jian)的形狀和(he)尺寸,只需(xu)要(yao)(yao)修(xiu)改零(ling)件(jian)加工(gong)程序,適(shi)用于新產品研制和(he)改型。
數(shu)控加工(gong)的缺點是機床設備(bei)費用昂貴,要求維(wei)修人員具有較高水平。
